- Experience with HCM, Payroll, and Benefits applications
- Sound understanding of Workday Application and interdependencies within each module
- Providing effective and efficient solutions for day to day maintenance related to HCM, Benefits, Compensation and Business Processes within Workday
- Supporting testing efforts associated with Workday’s bi-annual version releases
- Experience in configuration of Benefits Module in Workday including Open Enrollment and Enrollment Rules (etc.)
- Expertise in Payroll Framework of Workday and work closely with end users to identify problems and provide optimum solutions
- Expertise in Integrations including building and maintenance of EIB’s and Cloud Connectors
